At Macyvintage, we’re committed to getting our handcrafted lanterns and bamboo products to you safely. We understand that you’re excited to receive your items quickly; however, because our products are shipped directly from Vietnam and require meticulous preparation to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, they do take a little extra time to travel across the globe. We truly appreciate your patience and support for Vietnamese craftsmanship!

Shipping Costs & Methods

We offer two main shipping tiers to meet your needs. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

1. Standard Shipping (Best Value)

  • United States: $10 via VN Post E-packet (7 – 15 business days transit).
  • United Kingdom: $11 via VN Post E-packet (6 – 11 business days transit).

2. Expedited Shipping (Fastest Delivery)

  • United States: $20.00 via FedEx / DHL (4 – 7 business days transit).
  • United Kingdom: $21.00 via FedEx / DHL (4 – 7 business days transit).

Total Delivery Time

All our products including handcrafted lanterns and bamboo decor are carefully prepared and inspected. Many of our items are made to order or require specialized packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

  • Processing Time: 2 – 3 Business Days (Includes production, meticulous quality checks, and secure packaging for fragile items).
  • Transit Time: As per the shipping method selected above.
  • Estimated Total Delivery: Approximately 6 – 18 business days (depending on your location and shipping method).

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • Orders placed after 5:30 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
  • Once your package ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor its journey.

Tracking Your Order

After your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can:

  1. Track your shipment directly through the carrier's website (VN Post, FedEx, or DHL).
  2. Visit our “Track My Order” page to see real-time updates. Please allow up to 24-48 hours for tracking information to appear after shipment.

Address Accuracy

To ensure smooth delivery, please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before finalizing your order.

  • Macyvintage is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you need to make a change, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at support@macyvintage.com.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address:

  • We will contact you via email.
  • You may request reshipment for an additional shipping fee (Standard rate).
  • If no response is received within 14 days, the order will be considered abandoned, and no refund will be issued.

Shipping Delays & Handling

While we do our best to deliver orders promptly, unexpected delays may occur due to:

  • Severe weather conditions or Customs clearance.
  • Carrier service disruptions.
  • Seasonal high order volumes.
  • Note: Since bamboo products can be delicate, we take extra care in packaging, which may occasionally add a small buffer to the handling time.
