Cancellation Policy
At Macyvintage, we take pride in our handcrafted lanterns and bamboo products. Because each piece is carefully prepared or made to order, we begin processing your request shortly after it is placed.
Please review our cancellation terms below:
1. 12-Hour Cancellation Window
We offer a 12-hour window for order cancellations.
- If you change your mind or need to cancel for any reason, please contact us at support@macyvintage.com within 12 hours of placing your order.
- Once this 12-hour period has passed, your order will enter the production or packaging stage, and we will no longer be able to cancel it.
2. Cancellation Process
To request a cancellation, please email our support team with the following information:
- Subject: Order Cancellation - Your Order Number
- Content: Please state your reason for cancellation so we can improve our service.
If your request is made within the 12-hour timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method immediately.
3. After the 12-Hour Window
After 12 hours, orders are sent to our artisans for crafting or are prepared for international shipment from Vietnam. At this stage:
- The order cannot be canceled.
- Since we do not accept returns (as stated in our Return Policy), please ensure all order details, including the shipping address and product selection, are correct before finalizing your purchase.
4. Incorrect Information
If you notice an error in your shipping address after the 12-hour window, please contact us immediately. While we cannot cancel the order, we will do our best to update the information before the package is handed over to the carrier.
