At Macyvintage, we prioritize the security of your transactions. To ensure a safe shopping environment for our handcrafted lanterns and bamboo products, we exclusively use PayPal as our sole payment gateway.
1. Accepted Payment Method
We accept payments exclusively via PayPal.
- To complete a purchase, you must have a verified PayPal account.
- We do not currently support direct credit/debit card entry (Guest Checkout) or other third-party payment providers.
2. Why We Use PayPal
PayPal is a global leader in secure online payments. By using PayPal:
- Your financial details are never shared with us.
- Your purchase is protected by PayPal’s Purchase Protection for buyers.
- It ensures a smooth transaction for international shipping from Vietnam.
3. Payment Confirmation
- Your order will be officially confirmed and move into the production/packaging stage only after PayPal confirms the successful transaction.
- If your payment is "Pending" on PayPal, we will wait until it is cleared before processing your order.
4. Currency & Conversion
All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD).
- If you are purchasing from the UK or other regions, PayPal will handle the conversion from your local currency (GBP, etc.) to USD based on their daily exchange rates.
- Please note that any currency conversion fees are determined by PayPal and your bank.
5. Security & Privacy
We do not store, track, or have access to any of your bank or credit card information. All data is handled through PayPal’s encrypted and secure servers.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any issues during payment, please:
- Ensure your PayPal account has sufficient funds or is linked to a valid bank/card.
- Contact PayPal Customer Support if your transaction is declined.
